Chris Irby is a Senior Vice President at NAI Brannen Goddard. For over fifteen years, he has assisted industrial companies with their real estate strategies, including leasing and marketing all industrial property types, including warehouses and distribution centers.
Chris is a driving force, reading in between the lines of critical information and thinking creatively to develop optimal solutions. With sharp instincts, unparalleled integrity and persistence, Chris makes it his passion to find profitable solutions and overdeliver in his clients’ best interest.
Over his career, Chris has negotiated over $100 million in industrial lease and sale transactions. He has also been involved in site selection assignments exceeding $3 billion and has negotiated over $1.4 billion in economic incentives for his clients.
