I’ve spent the past 14 years of my career building the kinds of relationships that create long-term success for my clients. This means going beyond peerlessly negotiating commercial leases and ensuring real estate investments exceed financial goals. It means taking a personal interest in helping every client pinpoint and secure the unique combination of property, location, concessions, and contracts that will support their company’s culture and growth—now and as their business evolves.

As Managing Director and NAIBG/NAI Global Top Producer since 2015, I specialize in representing local, national, and international tenants in both leasing and sales transactions. Including renewals, relocations, expansions, and dispositions, I’ve guided clients through transactions totaling more than $125M and 2M square feet of real estate in the past five years alone. I credit this success, in part, to serving as a genuine partner rather than a realtor for hire. I work with every client directly, one-on-one and start-to-finish: From property selection through final negotiation to managing move-in details—even down to assisting with furniture selection and installation. Candid conversation, openness to feedback, thoughtful collaboration, and a tireless work ethic are hallmarks of my approach to business and life.

I’m honored to be recognized by the Atlanta commercial real estate community for the results of my work and my passion for doing it well. This includes receiving the 2019 ACBR Phoenix Award for ten consecutive years of membership in the Million Dollar Club (averaging $30M+ in annual transactional volume over the past seven). But my greatest source of pride—besides my daughter and best snow-skiing buddy, Poppy—continues to be the loyalty and trust of my clients. More than 90% of those who partner with me become repeat clients, and many become friends.
