Joshua Swank is a Vice President specializing in Investment Sales at NAI Partners, one of the biggest and best-known commercial real estate firms headquartered in Texas. Mr. Swank is a veteran Investment sales professional, having completed a wide variety of transactions including single user-building sale/leasebacks, multi-tenant investment sales for office, industrial, & retail properties, and the disposition of investment portfolios. Since 2008, Mr. Swank has completed transactions representing more than $150 million in commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Swank’s client-first approach is underpinned by best-in-class valuation skills and market knowledge, resourcefulness, integrity and a relentless desire to get the job done for customers. He specializes in industrial, flex and office investment sales. Prior to joining NAI Partners, Mr. Swank was the owner and operator of Swank Real Estate Investment Services in San Antonio, which was established in 2014. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta, gaining significant office, industrial, and retail transactional experience across five different southern states. In 2009, he transitioned to that company’s San Antonio office, becoming the firm’s top agent in office and industrial sales in Austin and San Antonio as well as being recognized as a Top 20 National Office and Industrial Properties Agent.
