Nathan has expertise in all aspects of corporate real estate, including lease negotiation/restructuring, strategic planning, build-to-suit oversight, site selection consulting, logistical consulting, labor analysis, incentive consulting and disposition/leasing services.
Nathan has completed over 2,000 transactions totaling over $2 billion in transaction volume. For over 20 years, Nathan has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s and the Country’s top industrial brokers. He has assisted clients such as Barings, Black Creek Group, Blackstone, Brighton Best International, CenterPoint Properties, Colony Capital, DCT Industrial, Hillwood Properties, John Deere, Nuveen, Prologis, and Ta Chen International.
