Nick Peterson joined NAI Partners in 2012. He specializes in tenant and buyer representation, property dispositions, project marketing and build-to-suit/design build projects. He also has experience representing clients outside of Houston in markets such as Dallas, Lake Charles, Memphis, and Las Vegas. Since joining NAI Partners, Nick has closed over 1,600,000 SF of transactions with an aggregate value of over $80,000,000. Nick spent the previous 2 years at ICO Commercial, where he teamed with the Executive Vice President. While at ICO Commercial, Nick was involved in 30 transactions totaling in excess of 440,00 SF. He also received ICO Commercial’s Client Service Award for 2011.
